ChartWise offers features for trading analysis, including actionable insights, identifying key patterns and trends, and practical trade execution ideas based on uploaded charts. By using these features, you agree to adhere to their specific terms and conditions.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you generate or actions you perform using the ChartWise application. ChartWise does not assume responsibility for user-generated content or the outcomes of your use of the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

ChartWise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the ChartWise application.

6. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ChartWise as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of ChartWise. You agree that ChartWise will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
